At Pinelake Village, we offer a relaxed friendly and easy life for you, in a modern manufactured home community. Our 55 plus manufactured home community is beautifully designed and located in
Martin County, Jensen Beach, Florida.  Strict, low-density specifications of 5.8 units per acre is your assurance that your community will always remain uncrowded.
 
OUR FACILITIES
 
Our clubhouse is the gathering place in our community for committee meetings, social events, or just to relax with friends.  In our clubhouse, we support a furnished kitchen, large inlaid teak dance floor with a surround sound system, library, exercise room, Billiard room and a card room.  Outside is a large swimming pool, spa and shuffle board courts.


 
OUR RESIDENTS
 
We have many wonderful people that make up the heart of Pinelake Village.  Our residents enjoy a variety of planned events such as Wii bowling, water aerobics, Poker, golf, potluck dinners, scheduled parties, game night, Bridge, boat rides, trips to the Jupiter Theater, West Palm Beach Zoo, baseball games and many other fun activities.

A swim before breakfast is one of life's greatest pleasures.  The pool and heated spa are enjoyed by residents of Pinelake Village all year around.  There are plenty of lounges, chairs and tables to accommodate gatherings with friends!


Shuffleboard anyone? Have fun at Pinelake Village.

We offer shuffleboard tournaments on our beautiful courts as fun private games too! Friends gathering to play together with a hint of competition!


 

Our observation deck which overlooks Pinelake Village's, Lake Tranquil.


The observation deck which overlooks Pinelake Village's Lake Tranquil is another favorite spot for residents to meet.  The sun setting over the water is just breathtaking.  Freshwater fish abound in each of the three stocked lakes.
